Terms and Conditions for both the Act and the Client

1. The client agrees to the payment terms set out in the agreement and payment is to be made upon arrival at the venue.

2. Both the client and The act (referred to as Top of the Britpops) understands they can terminate the agreement at any point.

3. The act agrees to attend any bookings in a timely manner.

4. In the event that the act can NOT attend the booking, they MUST contact the client at the earliest opportunity

5. If you are an agent or organiser, you are agreeing to be legally responsible for any moneys owed to the act and pay the band the agreed fee regardless of the venue/issues.

6. Cancellations:
In the event of the act becoming unavailable for an agreed booking the act understands that any amounts previously paid will be returned to the client

5.1 In the event the client wishes to cancel the booking the following terms apply:

50% of agreed fee if cancelled within 60 days of the performance date to be paid to the act

100% of the booking fee if cancelled with less than 30 days to performance date to be paid to the act
